We truly understand how frustrating it is when your BOYA Magic 5 does not work as expected, especially after waiting several days without getting a reply via Facebook Messenger. We sincerely apologise for the delayed response on that channel, this is not the service level we aim to deliver. Our official dedicated support email is service@boya‑mic.com, where our team prioritises incoming messages and will reply to you promptly. We have previously sent you emails with correct setup instructions to troubleshoot the connectivity issue, yet we have not heard back from you. Kindly check your email inbox (including spam folder) for our message. Please follow the tutorial steps to test your microphone. If the unit still fails to work properly after testing, write back to us through the official support email. We will fully investigate your case and resolve your after‑sales request without any excuse, including your refund request. We hope we get the chance to make this right for you.
