The tags got were beautiful. Both of my dogs need martingale collars and pet store dog tags never sat right on them. The dogs also have a habit of squeezing through the fence, so even though they're microchipped, I worry about them getting away with no contact info. My Boomerang tags snapped right on to their collars and lay flat - the dogs don't feel them and I don't hear any metal jingling around the house. Perfect!

Don called me right away and verified some of the items in my order. I wasn't very clear and he corrected the issues for me and then confirmed all of the changes. Not to mention he was so polite and friendly. I have already told a couple of my friends about Don and Boomerang! The order was apparently shipped the same day because I received it in a couple of days. That also made me very happy as I was trying to get the tags prior to leaving for vacation. Thank you for an excellent job! This is what I call customer service!!!!

I LOVE Boomerang Pet ID tags, and they are the only kind that I will purchase. They are rugged, long-lasting, non-fading and they do NOT de-laminate. They remain CLEARLY READABLE throughout the entire life of the tag. Even though my dogs are microchipped, I ALWAYS make sure they also have a Boomerang tag on their collars. I recommend Boomerang Pet ID Tags to all of my friends for their pets.
