Tag never received, delays and then no response from owner

This was my third time ordering from Boomerang. I do love the tags I’ve received in the past. But something is up with their shipping and the owner isn’t addressing the issue, other than to blame USPS and do nothing on his end to find more reliable alternatives. I ordered on 9/22. On 9/25, I received an email that my order had been processed and mailed. I never received it in the mail. On 10/13 (the date I was to contact them if the order wasn’t delivered to either get a refund or a new item shipped), I emailed to let him know that it never arrived. He replied promptly, but told me he wanted to give it until 10/16 to see if it arrived as “ I cannot continue to refill orders free of charge due to slow mail delivery via USPS First Class Mail and remain solvent”. I understand that, but the answer is not to leave customers high and dry. The answer is to find another way to fulfill and deliver orders. I, as a customer, can’t afford to order things that never arrive. But regardless, I gave him the extra time and it is now 10/22 and I have no ID tag. I love the tags I’ve received from them in the past, but until they figure out their shipping issues, it makes me sad that I’ll have to go elsewhere. He ended his email to me with “ Thank you for choosing Boomerang Tags for the protection of your pets! If one of them ever goes missing you'll be glad you did.” I think that’s only true if you actually receive the tag you order. Edited to add: I emailed the owner that I never received the tag after waiting the additional time, and after they promised a refund or replacement if it wasn’t received. I have not received a response yet and am giving them until end of business today before I file a credit card dispute. Recommend taking your business elsewhere.

A free remake of JASPTER's CollarTag will mail to you this afternoon and I will also refund your purchase price. Your harsh review is heartbreaking for me. The first tag was mailed on 09/29, I have no control over the level of service a given send receives via USPS FIRST Class Mail. I am fairly confident that you will end up receiving both tags. As far as an alternate method to send our tags the options are not good as I would have to raise the per tag cost by at least $5.00 to cover the added cost and this too will knock down sales, "your tags have gotten too expensive. I've been doing nothing but pet id tags since 1975 and have never scammed any one. All I did was ask you for one more week of patience and promised a refund or a free remake if it was not receive by 10/16 I would refill the order , you did not respond until yesterday and yesterday, believe it or not, I had surgery.
