Boomerang Pet ID TagsReviews of boomerangtags.com

The tags need a slot or a way to slip onto a collar with ends that cannot be removed.

I would give Don and his products 5 stars. I would give 0 stars for his site's association with Link.com. Without informed consent, this 3rd party scrapes personal and financial data, and keeps and distributes this data without consent. Getting them to delete said data has proven to be impossible.

The first time I order tags from Boomerang I received them in 5 days. This time it took 12 days. My dogs lost their tags or they just fell off and I was very concerned if they happened to get loose, they would have no tags to tell someone where they belong. I thought this was more than acceptable for tags to come through the mail. I'm not looking for a refund. The tags look great, but wanted to vent my frustration. Jeff S

The company is great in terms of service. I only realized that I made a mistake when I purchased the tag that is the kind that supposedly slips through the collar. Although the openings are as wide as the collar there is no way for the buckles to slip through. I should’ve purchased the kind where you could attach it. It was my mistake. I just looked at the picture and thought it would be “safer” in terms of staying on the collar than the other kind. I do wish that there were descriptions written such as “buckles may not fit through so check the width of your buckle”. I have used this company many times and will order the correct ones next time from them.

I live the finished collar dog tag however, when delivered postman czme to my door wanting over $6 in postage. That was interesting.

I ordered according to instructions for leather and the tag did not work on the leather collar. I should have ordered an extra large open-ends tag. The one-inch did not work on the leather until my husband bent the sides back to that the tag would not slide off.
