My dog was adopted from a bad hoarding situation and was brought to my state and adopted by me. He got away from me in August and we were able to track him through sightings and a rescue group called The Retrievers conditioned him to a large trap and he was safely recovered. After 5 months lost in MN winter and extremely rough conditions and he still had his stainless steel Boomerang Tag on the collar! I will always trust this company!

Ordering was straightforward. Website provides detailed information to insure correct sizing. Product is very good quality, and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. All the engraved info was accurate.

Thank you Jeannie: I'm frustrated! Like you, pet owners who order my tags all say they are "the best," and wish they had found us sooner. We provide tags that stand the test of time, i.e., remain readable over time and thus allow the finder of a lost pet to contact the pet's family; and yet the search engines, who claim their search results are based on "relevance," hide Boomerang Tags from view and direct pet owners to web sites that provide tags that are unreadable within a year... Onward through the fog.
When I found Boomerang Tags online I found the solid brass tag I was looking for. I had a question about them and sent an email to them for clarity. Don immediately responded with the answers and more. Quick turn around time of 4 days from the west coast to the east coast. The customer service was outstanding. Should I need another pet id tag in the future this is the place I will go. Thanks Don!

Easy to order and good sizing info

As always, fast turn around and a great product. My dogs used to catch their tags and loose them before I found the flat collar tags—unlike printed collars, they never fade, never get lost and are always readable and don’t jingle. It is getting harder to find flat collars, but this tag with a flat collar is the way to go.
