I ordered from Bombay for the first time - small order but important time-wise. Price was very good - best I could find on line - the reason I chose to try Bombay. Order was confirmed immediately, shipment was prompt and right on time - items were exactly as I had hoped. Overall, a very satisfying experience. Will try them again.

I ordered my item on a Tuesday and it was on my doorstep Friday. The quality of this item was so much better than anticipated. I would highly recommend buying from this website for any of your electronics needs.

Needed an all region DVD player. Got it cheap from Bombay. Opened the box (free shipping I think), plugged everything in and it worked beautifully. I would order from them again. Great company with great communication

I bought a Digital Audio Opto to Analog converter, It has i issue. When I attached it to the port on my flat screen and the input the the amp. I noticed a delay in the sound comming from the amp. Guessing, maybe .1 second, but enough that if you have both spekers on you hear an echo. Noe if you turn off the TV speakers, then the movement of the lips are not in sync. I called and talked to a tech this morning, and he told me is shouldn't do that. He said he would pull one off the shelf, and see if others did the same. Told me he would call back, in a couple of hours. It's been almost 12 hr's and no call. I tried it on another Flat Screen, and it did the same thing. So, it isn't the TV

Larry, Thank you for the feedback and we truly apologize that our technician wasn't able to reach you during the promised time-frame. However, I did follow-up with our tech and they confirmed that the issue you were having with your converter was resolved. Please confirm if you still need any assistance. Thank you again for your patience.
