They did not have my ordered item in stock, but since they had not changed this on their website, they called and offered to send me an even better DVD player at the same price. You can't beat that kind of service. My highest recommendations all around!

A manufacturer's firmware update made my region free Blu-ray player non-region free. I contacted Bombay and they immediately forwarded firmware to me get it back to region free. It works perfectly again.
