I would have been happy buying an exact replacement cover for my support system, slate/blue, but they don't offer that, only some awful tan looking covers, so in order to get a matching pelvic section I had to by the core AND cover so it would match. That way Body Support Systems could extract in a very unprofessional manner more money from the professional therapists that use their equipment.

I have used a Body Support System consistently for over 20 years in my massage practice. During shut down and evaluating reopening I chose to replace my old style face cradle, In the process I decided to replace the whole body support system. I also wanted to add on a few face cradle covers and attempted to call Body Support Systems to do that. Neither numerous phone calls or emails elicited a response. I received a generic email that my order was received and after a week the bosy support system arrived. If I had to do it again I would not order directly from Body Support but through Amazon, save the high shipping cost and have better customer service.

Hi Michellene, I would like to apologize for your less than perfect experience. During these times during shut down, our office is only open very limited hours which makes answering calls hit or miss. Emails are the best way to contact us until we get back to regular operations. We sincerely hope you enjoy your new bodyCushion, and hope to better serve you next time. Feel free to email us anytime at [email protected]. Sincerely, Office Manager
