The bobbleheads do NOT look like either of me or my husband at all and I asked for refund $244 and they denied it because I confirmed just a head preview. At the end of they when I received it , it looked nothing like the pictures or like anything I saw on their website

We do not have any record of an order for anyone with this name. We believe that it is probably a case of mistaken identity, because there are several other bobblehead companies that have names which are confusingly similar to ours - however, we are the original Bobbleheads.com. If we can receive an order number, we would be happy to help figure out who the actual provider is. Thank you!
