If BlueSteps could fix these three things, I would give 5 stars: 1. Time to turnaround docs/materials for resume packages 2. Shift from a Webinar-intense approach to more of a journey with actual steps. There are checklists in the dashboard, but they are mostly technical steps: Upload this, update that. 3. Actually help you get interviews.

A friend told me about blueStep but cautioned she never tried them. I took a leap of faith and registered to explore a professional service. The resume I got was about the same thing I sent for rebuild even worse; the only difference was the template. I felt I wasted $1,300 writing a resume that can not attract any attention from the recruiter.

Stephen was great to work with. He really took the time to get to know me, my career, and understand where I'd like to be next. He not only made good recommendations on changes and updates to my resume and profile, but he explained each change to me so I could understand what was behind his recommendations. I have already recommended him to others.

I have paid for a series of services, including coaching. The final 'batch' of sessions were clearly thrown together to the point that the coach had clearly not done any background preparation and was making wholly unsuitable recommendations. I stopped the process at that point with at least an hour's coaching left to run. Despite a series of emails, I've received nothing back after 4 months. I would not recommend your services to anyone based on my experience.
