I paid for a subscription for a year- then I tried to cancel so that I do not get an auto renewal next year but instead it cancelled the current membership that is already paid for, then when I reactivated it charged me another $120. The support team does not respond to email I was struggling to log in or get a refund and did not receive any response or feedback.

The BlueSteps service did one great thing for me--it connected me to Simeon Wong. I hadn't done a serious job search since I started my career over 20 years ago, and the help and support Simeon provided was very instrumental in how I approached potential opportunities and how I presented myself. In the end all my job offers were from my own networking, so BlueSteps didn't add value there, but Simeon definitely did.

Most of the seminars just to collect potential customer details , they know you are vulnarable and all you get is a bit of teaser and promotion to buy their services and I did , I actually paid myself to lose time, first they apponted me a "consultant" and first question he asked was how money I have to spend and I said a number and coincendencly I mentined just the exact number and I ve been told how many sessions I have, my "consultant" asked me to buy his books which are 5% content 95% promotion of booking a consulting service.. my "consultant" never come to the session prepared asked me prepare stuff and comes without reading them , and first 4-5 session passed with did you read my book see what I say in my book etc and worst part is , no I can not even write it , anyway I am not saying stay away but try to listen couple of Webinars and see if there is value or are they selling you something, if you see value go ahead
