Dear Mr. John Bomhoff, We appreciate your feedback and we're genuinely sorry to hear about your frustration. We understand that communication and expectations have been a challenge in this process. Regarding the project, we regret that the initial file provided contained incomplete information. Upon identifying this, we informed you and offered to work towards a solution. We understood your desire for a refund, but please know that due to the substantial resources and efforts invested in the project, offering a full refund was not feasible. To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we decided to rebuild the project from scratch, taking into account the issues with the coding and programming languages used by the previous developer. This was a significant effort, and we made it our priority to rectify the situation. We genuinely believe that the progress we've made thus far is substantial, and we've invested more resources than the original project cost. In fact, we estimate that the value of the work done now exceeds $8,500, while the initial agreement was for $11,000. We've made considerable strides and are eager to showcase the improvements. We understand your concerns and would like to extend an invitation to review the updated project. We are confident that you'll find the work to be of a high standard and in line with your expectations. Additionally, we are ready to provide the source code as requested. Please let us know a suitable time for you to review the progress, and we'll be more than happy to arrange a demonstration. We value your partnership and remain committed to delivering a solution that meets your needs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Regards, Team Blitz Mobile Apps

Dear Debbie, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services and for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We understand that you had a change of mind regarding the project, and we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred. Our policy regarding change of mind decisions is to discuss the situation with our clients and, in certain cases, provide a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. In your case, we went above and beyond our standard policy and initiated a partial refund of $4,799 to demonstrate our commitment to finding a resolution that meets your expectations. We want to emphasize that your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we regret that we were unable to meet your initial expectations. Despite the challenges, we are dedicated to making this right for you.
