Ordered 2 top down bottom up shades. I measured incorrectly on one shade. Blindster is making me another shade in the correct size. Shipping is on me but the replacement shade is no charge! How great is that. I am impressed with quality of the shades.

Blindster has been an excellent experience as a consumer. I shopped at every online blind maker and ONLY Blindster could make Venetian blinds for my 11” wide windows. I read all the great reviews and am happy to say they are accurate! My order was easy to place, easy to track and arrived well packaged. After assembling and hanging everything I discovered that one blind would not rotate completely and was making a snapping noise when we tried. After placing a call and sending a brief video of the problem, the customer service agent, Frederica, initiated a remake order. No drama, just excellent customer service. I am delighted to find a company that stands behind their product and values their customers.

I had some problems with two of the vertical blinds I had ordered. Blindster's customer service department was very responsive. They took care of any and all issues I had which, frankly and retrospectively, might have been the result of my having done something incorrectly in the installation process. Blindster never questioned my issues and responded quickly with what I needed to correct the problems. They provided clear instructions and replaced anything necessary at no cost to me. I highly recommend Blindster for your window covering needs.

Great experience making a phone order for three blinds. I tried to order online but had width requirement that was not available in the product I was reviewing. Called to see what the alternative was and completed the order. Agent was friendly, professional and most competent. Thank you.

The product was shipped on 8/28 and is not supposed to arrive until 9/8. You used to ship in days, not weeks. Please refud 50% of my purchase price as we bought from you because of your previous track record.
