Whatever you do. STAY AWAY.
Whatever you do. Do not do business with this company. I ordered 7 blinds. All were defective. The company refused to do anything. STAY AWAY. I should get a refund for all Seven Blinds. They are a terrible product

Thank you for your feedback. We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously and would like to clarify the steps we've taken to address your concerns. After receiving photos of two of your seven shades, we worked with the manufacturer and obtained approval to replace those two shades at no charge. However, you requested replacements for all seven shades, so we have asked multiple times for photos of the remaining five to document the reported issues and determine the appropriate resolution for the entire order. Unfortunately, we have not received the additional photos or a response to our requests. The two approved replacements remain available, and we are waiting for the necessary information to finalize the resolution. We stand behind our products and remain committed to resolving any manufacturing defects. We simply need the opportunity to review the reported issues with each shade so we can move forward. — The Blinds Chalet Team
