Blackline Car Care products are great so far. I have used their clay towel, which works very well to help remove dirt and grime. I have also used their interior cleaner called "Reset". This time I went with the Oasisnscent and it smells very good! It also cleans all my interior plastic pieces. I also use it to clean my floor mats. Recently I purchased their Onyx car detail spray and I am very impressed. It leaves no streaks but it also leaves a very high gloss? 2hich is what I want in a detailing spray. I highly recommend Blackline Car Care products!

I used the stray in the car and it didn't hold the smell. I only smelled it when I sprayed it. I cleaned all my seats, the doors the interior. And i couldn't smell nothing.

It looked nice, but it wasn’t what I expected. It didn’t perform to the level that they advertised and way smaller than it looks ….i do auto detailing and I would not refer this to my friends…I gave it 2 stars because they did deliver it in a timely manner and it was packaged nice .I’ve bought these towels from other makers and I love them .I probably wouldn’t suggest it for anyone. I kind of feel ripped off.

I really do like their products, which is why this review is disappointing for me to write. I’ve ordered the drying towel, clay towel, microfiber towels, microfiber wash, Reset Spray, air freshener spray, wheel cleaner, degreaser, Spray Gloss, window cleaner, and detail brushes, and I’ve been happy with all of them. I have two complaints. First they advertised a mystery gift bag with orders over $75. My order qualified but I received the same keychain I’d already gotten as a free gift with my first order. I appreciate free items, but that wasn’t what I expected from a “mystery gift bag.” Second, the sprayer on my window cleaner was defective. It leaked about half the bottle on two separate occasions. My products are stored inside my house, and I clean my car with the AC on, so this wasn’t caused by heat. I even sent photos showing the leak was coming from between the sprayer and the cap, not the nozzle. I understand I was outside the replacement window. What disappointed me was the customer service. Instead of acknowledging that a sprayer can sometimes be defective the response focused on explaining how to use the nozzle, making it feel like the issue was being blamed on user error. I don’t need them to mansplain to me how to close a sprayer nozzle (insert eye roll here) As a small business owner myself I know policies are important, but a little empathy would have gone a long way. I love the products but I wish the customer service matched the quality
