Black Cloud DieselReviews of blackclouddiesel.com

My 1st order from BlackCloud and it will not be my last. Great help, personalities and super fast shipping. Which my customer loved for a fast turn around. Also this is the 1st company that actually went over a procedure/process and gave good advice!

Gary is a breath of fresh air when it comes to Customer Service, Especially these days. I would call it Ole School, the kind of Customer Service you Always Got back in the Good Ole Days From Most Everyone. He is Very Knowledgeable and Does what he Says He will do. You wont be disappointed when you speak to Him. The Injectors for my 2002 Ford 250 super duty 7.3 Diesel are performing Flawlessly. Thanks, Gare

I was very satisfied. The service was great and the stacks turned out beautifully.

Called them to make sure the clutch would fit my truck guy answered the phone like it was an old friend calling good ppl and hellaciously fast shipping! Ordered Saturday morning standard shipping and had it at the house Tuesday evening very pleased!!!

Good customer service. Helpful. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Very helpful. I ordered wrong item and the next business day I got a phone call asking what I was trying to do. Helped me get everything I needed and very nice and helpful to talk with if someone don’t know everything there looking for.

I ordered it, paid for it but still haven't received the clutch in three weeks. Someone did call and say they were out of fly wheels and it would be two weeks. I guess I will let you know when I receive clutch.

Very good service and knowledge. Will work with you to make it a trouble free experience.
