It is always scary purchasing expensive parts online. We received my son's new clutch with lost bolts (I am guessing from a small hole in the box) and a small part that may have been damaged in transport or shipping. I contacted "Jerry" in customer service and he quickly resolved the problem. The items that we needed were shipped out the same day. I only wish all businesses treated their customers like Black Cloud Diesel.

We installed the southbendz dual plate clutch in our previous dodge, and what a difference in towing and performance in general. We ordered another and installed it! Thank you guys for an awesome replacement!

My parts were supposed to take 2-6 weeks and came in less then 1 week. Great fast service wood highly recommend black cloud diesel to anybody I know who needs diesel parts I know I'll use them again

I ordered a stack kit with stacka and they werent able to get in what i was wanting for 2+ months and wouldnt refund my order so now i have parts with no purpose of them

Hi Liam, We are sorry to see you were dissatisfied with your order! You ordered "Custom/Made to Order" stacks. That means it has to be made before you get it. Our product description does state these have an estimated 1-6 week production time which May Vary, and also clearly states that once the order is in production it Cannot Be Cancelled. In addition, the manufacturer, Grand Rock, will not ship to Canada, so we made arrangements to have your order sent to us before we could ship it to you in Saskatchewan. This is how your order progressed- On 9-28-2015 you placed your order; it was added to the manufacturer's production schedule. On 10-1-2015 we contacted you when we received Grand Rock's production lead time (they estimated of 2-3 weeks). On 10-14-2015 we contacted you when we were given a status update from Grand Rock that when the 8" piping they received to make your stacks arrived and was flawed/unusable, and they would need to order more. At this time you were given the opportunity to change your order to any stacks in stock, since more piping had to be ordered and the order was basically beginning again. You chose to switch to 6" Chrome Stacks. We changed the order and refunded the price difference to you the same day. On 10-16-2015 Grand Rock shipped the 6" Chrome Aussies and kit to us. On 10-20-2015 we received delivery of your order. On 10-21-2015 we shipped your order to Saskatchewan (you). On 10-26-2015 you received your parts - this was just less than one month after you placed your order. Custom/Made to Order parts can have a long production process which is why we state the terms up front. We did everything we could to monitor the progress of your order, and communicate the progress to you. On a 1-6 week order, your delivery was in just under a month, not the "2+ months" as you mentioned in your review. Our Ratings and how our customer's feel about their order process matters to us! I hope seeing the time frame for your order helps you see that we did not fail to provide good service with your order within the estimated time stated! :) Please reconsider your review. Ordered on 12 November order did not go into south bend until 16 November did not get clutch until 20 November sent UPS when requested FedEx

Hi Thomas, Your order did ship within 2 shipping/business days as promised by our site! You placed your order on 12 Nov 2015 15:51:51 (3:51pm). Shipping had already closed for the day. Our home page states that orders placed after 2pm cst may not be processed until the next business day. (For clarification, that means the Next Business Day for your order was Friday Nov. 13, 2015.) When ordering your clutch, the "Availability" states "Dual Disc Clutch kits usually ship within two business days." This is stated directly above the "Add To Cart" button. Your dual disc clutch shipped on the second business day, Monday Nov. 16, 2015 going UPS Ground. We also have a UPS Ground "Time In Transit Map" on each clutch page. This map shows Time In Transit to California (you) as 5-6 Business Days. With that, Thomas, if you received your clutch on Nov. 20th it actually delivered in 4 Business Days, which is even faster than what you saw on the site when you ordered! Regarding Fedex, we don't have an option to select what carrier ships your clutch. UPS Ground is the only carrier available. Sometimes it can be confusing for customers when their order falls over a weekend, since weekends are not business days. I hope I have helped clear up any misunderstanding you've had about your order. We do work very hard to give you the best service possible. Our ratings are very important to us, we do everything we can to please our customers! As you can see in the explanation above your order was processed efficiently and well within the time frame promised on our site, and even delivered two days early via UPS! :) Please reconsider your rating of two stars for Black Cloud Diesel!
