Right now the reason i gave 3 stars because this Is my first time my dogs have ever had pet insurance and my firs time setting them up for Pet insurance and I don’t know all of you yet, I hope you will serve me well with my little girls Preccy and Princess?!?

Bc I'm being asked to review something we have not been able to use yet. I wouldn't know. Sign up was easy. And they did not discriminate against my totally healthy 13 year old dog. Yet.only time will tell id say.

It took several tries to complete process because the final “submit” button remained greyed out until I finally got it to work. There was no indication what was missing on pror attempts.

Had a really difficult time getting the sign up button to turn white. Went through my answers over and over and all were filled in correctly, payment was verified but wouldn't go through. Retried a different day and had the same issue. Finally changed my card from MC to a Visa and it went through.

I tried all yesterday afternoon to register and I found nothing but difficulty with the site. I spoke with customer service twice and they were looking into it. I decided to just try again today and I had no problem. My registration went smoothly. Had I not had an issue yesterday, I would have given 5 stars.

It took me several tries over a 4 day period to buy a policy. For some reason after my card was verified I couldn't click on the enroll window until today.
