I sent 2 emails with questions which were never answered. I tried to find a phone number to no avail.

It was fairly easy the SECOND TIME I filled out the application. I actually THOUGHT I had signed up in December 2019. I called to check on policy coverage on the day of my puppies first Drs Appt, only to find out I did NOT actually have a policy. I was very very upset. The final sign up box did not accept the click right away. It took three trys before the spinning circle thing. That must be what happened in December. I left the sight thinking I had clicked on the final box.

I have not received any type of details regarding the insurance coverage or any other details regarding my purchase for two (2) pets

Our records also show you received our welcome email which directs you to your policy documents within your pet parent online portal. Take a look using those resources and let us know if you'd like further support!
It was easy to sign up, but I wish I could have the payments come out on the same day and didn’t have to enter in my payment info again.

Hi Kelsey, welcome to the Bivvy community! Bivvy charges your monthly premium after the first 30 days of coverage. Check out our auto-pay option in your pet parent portal to make payments even more simple month over month!
I had to go to my daughters house to use her computer, because I couldn’t sign up on my iPad!

I've just bought the policy! Don't know how great this can be yet! But I feel better knowing my fur baby is covered tho. 😉
