Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, Michael! We appreciate you.
Bitcoin IRA has been a great decision for me. The tax benefits are fantastic. Plus, diversifying with a wide range of cryptocurrencies helps hedge against market downturns. Highly recommend!

I thank you for the $250 promo Amazon card, I gifted it to a collage student. But it looked like spam, and it actually went into my spam box, so if I deleted it I would have never known I got it. I did verify it with my financial advisor it was not spam, because I never click on links from places that look fake. Next time warn people from Bitcoin IRA email that an award is coming from Amazon and to also check their spam folder.

Hello Ja, thanks for your feedback. We regret this unfair rating as we prioritized getting rewards to our new clients and they were sent from one of the most recognizable companies in the world, Amazon. We followed the gift cards with an email to assure clients knew to check their email and we also called clients to let them know. We hope you have a good day.
The fees could be expensive but then again you shouldn’t day trade in a retirement account. HODL.

Hi Nick, thank you for your five star review! At BitcoinIRA, we aim to provide the best quality product and service possible. We don't deny that we may have higher fees than some of the other options out there. Simply put – you get what you pay for. We have a flawless record —no security breaches, ever. Our fees include military-grade cold storage, up to $250M in custody insurance, and a dedicated 1:1 rep and support team. And we offer unlimited trading within your retirement account. 😊 Hope this helps. Please email [email protected] with any questions!
The fees were monthly, yearly and any purchases in and out. The big problem was when I tried to get my money out of BitcoinIRA. They dragged their feet for 5 months to send us our funds. During that time they kept giving us fees, but would not release our money. Steer clear.

This company is 100% legit. With so many scams and empty promises in the crypto world, these guys have risen above with their one-on-one support teams and detailed attention, no matter how much you're investing. I wish other institutions would give the same care as they do.
