I was dealing with a tricky technical problem that involved a number of steps on my computer to set right, and Tanya was remarkably deft, patient and warm throughout the whole not-short experience.

A very amateurish outfit. My 94 year old mother sunk money into it and now can't get it out. It's a black hole for your funds. The people running it don't know what the hell they're doing. Very poor management. A real Las Vegas scam.
