The food is delicious. The plan is fun and effortless. A little pricey, but worth it. I'm new on the program, so I haven't lost much weight yet. But I believe it works.

Food is excellent with lots of variety and just the right spicing. I have food allergies but can easily modify my menu to avoid certain foods without sacrificing variety. Customer service is prompt to respond when I have questions and know the answers.

This is an excellent program! The food is delicious, the facebook support page is really helpful. It is the perfect program to help teach portion sizes, lose weight without feeling hungry and reach your weightless goals.

I love the food! I wish there were more plant based meals. I usually do not eat so much meat. I have lost almost 6 lbs in 4-5 weeks now. This program definitely takes the guess work out of what to eat and the ease of no cooking. Even though they come frozen, the end result of microwaved food still tastes excellent. I have been recommending this to all my clients who state they want to lose weight!

Good meals, good variety.

I’ve been on this diet for 8 weeks now. I have lost 10 pounds so far (I need to lose 40 total). This may not seem like a lot to some but it is the most I have lost on a diet without it being some extreme diet that in the end doesn’t stay off. The food is good and I consider myself to be particular about food and would say I’m a “foodie”. That is why I didn’t choose Jenny Craig or some other frozen food diet. I just couldn’t bare the thought of eating that food. While BistoMD food does come frozen, it is nothing like a frozen TV dinner. So much better! I could eat BistroMD food for a long time and that is what makes me feel like I’m going to actually be able to accomplish my goal. The food really is good and they have an amazing variety to choose from. My advice is to choose the foods you know you are going to like and slowly add new dishes once you’ve settled into the program a bit. When I first started I chose dishes I normally wouldn’t have chosen and that discouraged me a little bit. The program allows you to customize your menu and they have several programs to choose from (2 meals /7 days a week, 3 meals/7 days a week, 2 meals/5 days a a week and they also offer a custom option). I’m doing the 3 meals/7 days a week and will try the other programs once I get closer to my goal weight in order to intergrate back into preparing my own foods. I chose this program just for the convenience of not having to cook. I like to cook but the break from it has been nice. So much more time to spend with my family! I recommend the diet and I’m really happy that I found it. I feel more in control of my weight than I have been in a long time.

No complaints about the food but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They somehow failed a to ship my order and then acted as if were my fault! I have been a customer for six weeks and that adds up to $1200 plus dollars you woulld think they would be more apologetic for their error. Now I am have to wait a week to get back on schedule... so much for the convenience of home delivery. Recommend the service to a friend... I don’t think so! As far as TrustPilot your methods of conducting a survey seem suspect, having to sign up to fill in a survey... are you kidding me?

Love this program. Great customer service, great food and I’m losing weight. It’s been really easy.
