This has been a life saver for my mother. She was struggling tying to stay on a low sodium diet and BistroMD was the perfect solution. She has been using the plan 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks for almost 2 months and the doctors cannot believe the change in her health. She has so much more energy for physical therapy and her bloodwork has improved dramatically. While I know the company experienced some shipping carrier issues, even if the box comes a day late, it is worth it. This is the perfect plan for someone on a low sodium diet.

I am enjoying BistroMD. I can choose the kind of diet that I want: gluten free, heart healthy, etc. Entrees and snacks are nutritionally balanced, fiber-forward, and come from many different cuisines. Mostly, my deliveries have been fine. I think that the company has been struggling with recent tariffs to keep prices in line, so, packaging changes. The only time I had a true disaster on the delivery front, my next delivery was free. And, I'm losing weight without feeling deprived. For me, they have been a real win!

Emily, the customer service rep was truly the definition of great customer service. She listened, was understanding and explained what was happening and why and told me how she and the company would address it.

So far the diabetic offerings are helping me claw down from pre-diabetes numbers. The meals are nicely prepared, convenient and generally tasty. Those that don't appeal can be taken off the list. I find them satisfying although a bit light on calories so I snack between meals on fruit and nuts without harm. The boxes arrive regularly each week, although they spend from 5:00 AM to after dark on the FedEx truck with only a hint of the dry ice remaining when delivered - not BistroMd's issue. All have been fresh, enjoyable, and helpful toward my goals.

I've been SO grateful for this service!! I've used BistroMD for four months and have lost 21 pounds. Weight loss has been extremely easy and reliable, and I've never felt deprived in the least . Love the cheesecake! I'm not a cook, so having lots of menu choices as well as having healthy, portion-controlled meals is a huge help for me. I find the food very tasty, certainly healthier, easier, and more delicious than I could prepare, and I appreciate the ease of having them on hand and in 6 minutes I'll be eating lunch or dinner. I've had several contacts with customer service - most recently with Emily. She was extremely friendly and clarified several things I needed help with. I agree that this is an expensive service, but don't feel ripped off in the least. I just wish more people could partake in it! I know several people struggling to lose weight who would find this service extremely helpful if they could afford it. For me, it's been a Godsend! I plan to stay with BistroMD even though I don't need to lose more weight. By adding some extra food (eg salad, desert, etc), I'll be able to maintain my weight easily and remove the burden of daily decisions and temptations which has kept me gaining and losing weight for years. As a compulsive overeater, that is true liberation 😊

The food is healthy, and not full of sodium and preservatives. I can pronounce all of the ingredients, and have peace of mind knowing what's going into my body. All of my deliveries have been 100% accurate. The ONLY small feedback I have is that it would be beneficial if the snacks containing chocolate were put in the cooler during transport. Excellent customer service from Andy and Lena who I've dealt with. I've had nothing but great experiences with BistroMD!! I've been at it a week this time (I had to pause for a time) and have already lost 5 pounds! 😍 The portions are about perfect even as a heavy set person. I love being able to eat every couple of hours and staying full throughout the day. It takes so much stress off my mind to not have to meal plan.

Just started the program and got an unexpected call from costmer service agent Emily to my delight. She was awesome and made my concerns truly cared about. Emily didn't rush me, we had a real girl to girl talk. If this is just the start, the rest of the journey will be awesome!
