The products were all sample size, definitely not worth $14. I canceled 2 months before the end of my 6 month subscription and they automatically renewed it and charged me anyway and did not respond to my emails. Do not recommend this company.

Me parecía un regalo estupendo, compré la opción de los 6 meses, cuál es mi sorpresa que la agraciada me dice que sigue recibiendo cajitas, pasado esos 6 meses, CUIDADO!! por lo visto la suscripción se renueva AUTOMÁTICAMENTE....tócate las narices, que jetas!!! la de dinero que no facturaran así!! y hasta la última cajita....de las narices....no te dejan cancelarla! CUIDAITO CON ESTA EMPRESA, ESTO NO ES FORMAL.

He regalado una suscripcion a dos personas distintas, con el doble de edad. Hay que configurar previamente varios datos como tipo de piel, entre otros. Las dos personas radicalmente opuestas fisicamente. Se supone que te envian la caja acorde a tu edad y demas parametros. Pues bien, adivinad: les llega exactamente la misma. Algo falla. En cuanto a tamaños de productos y marcas mejor no hablar. Pero no sé por qué te hacen rellenar todos esos campos antes si luego hacen lo q les da la gana

Di de baja la opción de renovación automática y pedí, siguiendo las instrucciones de la página web eliminar mis datos. Aún con todo eso, me han pasado una nueva suscripción de 6 meses y no han borrado mis datos. Intento contactar con ellos, pero, por supuesto, no hay manera de contacto directo.

I’d give it a 0 if I could. Do not sign up for this box. The stuff they send is no where near worth what it costs a month. I hated this box for like a year now, but every time I checked how many months were left of my year subscription there were still too many months left and no option to cancel. So I checked again yesterday and it still said I have 7 months left, I’m like no way. I contacted them and my year was up in June. But they auto renew you for another year without your consent. Go with one of the other boxes, they let you cancel when you want. You are in charge. Here I am paying almost $200 more and I wanted the box gone as soon as my year was up. None of the stuff in the box even pertains to me.

fatal ! No entiendo como pueden ser tam malos atendiendo a sus clientes. Mis amigas me regalaron un bono de 6 meses que acababa en Mayo, o sea que tuve la ultima cajita de mayo. Mi novio quiso regalarme otro bono de 6 meses, lo compro a principios de junio para no tener la de mayo otra vez y no fallo, me enviaron la de Mayo. Llamando, pense que eso se podía resolver fácilmente reenviando la cajita y no. No cuidan nada de los clientes (ya fidelizados), estratégicamente un "cero"

The auto-renew is very difficult to turn off, they say you can do it through settings, but there is no option. You have to contact them repeated to request it off. Also they charge you for your subscription on day1 of the month but don’t ship it out until the 10-12th. It’s almost like a bait and switch where you get the option to pick a sample, but then it’s out so they’ll give you 20% off your next full size purchase. Terrible customer service.

Atención postventa vergonzosa. Todo va bien hasta que surge cualquier problema, entonces te ignoran. No se lo recomiendo a nadie
