Enjoy getting each month but I haven't been using the products as quickly as I receive so I have built up my supply (a little too much) over the years. There have been repeat products but given I've had the subscription for a few years (maybe 4), I can understand why.

I love Birchbox. The only issue is their shipping. I live in Seattle and my orders as well as my box take on average 1.5-2 weeks to arrive to me. In the world of Amazon, that's just too long. And strangely enough as an Ace, I used to get everything in like 2 days. Not sure what happened but I am seriously starting to reconsider ordering things I need because they take too long to get here.

Shipping is pretty fast when ordering. Sale prices are good. Birchbox has quality products of established and emerging brands. I have been doing Birchbox subscription box for a long time. I love it, but sometimes the products don't match my profile (i have fine straight hair and i will get shampoo for course/curly hair). Sometimes a brand is in the box too often. Overall, it's fun and a great deal for only $10.

I liked the touch on the packing slip addressed to me. Inserted a very uplifting adjective. It made me smile. Packaging was sufficient for delivered items. Delivery came a lot sooner than expected. Great price on the items thanks to previously accumulated points prior to the removal of the old points system. One star docked for that and the fact I was unable to track my package at all. I kept getting the msg that the number was wrong or not in the system. Overall a good transaction.

This makes me very happy.

Love the selection of products available and at decent prices. Shipping time is pretty lengthy though.

I look forward to receiving my box each month. The website is user friendly.

There has only be one time I have been disappointed with what I got from Birchbox.
