BirchboxReviews of birchbox.com

Other than the shipping problem earlier I do have to commend you on the promptness in correcting the issues. I have enjoyed my subscription immensely. I have actually used some of the samples to try and get friends to subscribe. Each and every product has been great.

I love the treat of receiving the samples in the pretty box each month. The products are really good brands and are a convenient way to sample before purchasing a full size product. It has been especially helpful with moisturizer, eye creams, and hair products. The boxes are the “icing on the cake” and make the samples that much better.

I’ve subscribed for around 9 years. I really like getting the samples to try at home and I often buy the full size product. However, there is much competition out there in the beauty box, and to keep attracting customers, Birchbox may need to step things up. I really love my Ipsy...

I think the quality of items you get is better than the other subscription boxes I've tried.

They can have issues when they get high demand for a certain box, customer service needs improving, having ordered the 2 for £5 Black Friday boxes I had a long wait due to demand, I wasn't informed of any delays but eventually they turned up and was well worth the wait. I've had a few boxes now and although hit and miss they are wonderful and you get to try some really amazing things. I've tried Spacemasks, soaps and other full sized items as well as some useful samples. For £10 I can't complain! I've had the last 2 boxes delivered within 2 days of ordering. I find unsubscribing and resubscribing when there's a box you like works better to avoid disappointment. But like I said, I enjoy trying so many different beauty items and recommend.

I've been with birchbox for quite some time now and I'm quite surprised to see so many bad reviews. For me, the little treats in the mail each month are something I look forward to. Ive had very little issues in the past. Once an item arrived broken in the box, I spoke to customer services and they resolved it quickly and sent me the item again separately. I do agree that not all items are great in the box but you do get to try out lots of new products and can then decide whether you want to buy full size or just keep them as miniatures which you can take with you when you go on holiday, I've done that so many times. I've purchased some full size products too after trying the mini versions from the box and i was so happy that i got to try some things before buying the full size, and it definitely helps that once you become a VIP member you get 15% off all your purchases. Overall I'm a happy customer and don't have anything bad to say.

I buy this box from time to time so I don’t receive it every month. Service is good and you can cancel anytime online which is convenient. The box is small but cute and the products may not have the wow factor but they’re nice and useful for popping in your bag as they are usually small in size. For me latest in beauty is the best so I’m slightly biased but all in all I do like Birchbox and will continue to shop there now and then. My only criticism is that not everyone gets the same items which I would prefer. It’s not something that I would subscribe to long term but great to dip in and out of.

Entregas rápidas, se da lo que se promete, ofertas varias... la suscripción mensual de las cajitas me parece una forma incríble de descubrir productos nuevos. El acierto o no de los productos dependerá del factor suerte y del abanico de posibilidades a que estés abierto.
