Excellent! I love the sample sizes!

I highly recommend Birchbox for anyone looking for great products backed by even better service. I’ve been with them for seven years, and I truly appreciate their approach to customer care. They manage to be incredibly professional while still feeling personable and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be staying a loyal customer.My only suggestion for improvement involves the box customization process. I occasionally run into issues where items are out of stock, I receive multiples of the same product, or I'm matched with items I don't use (like lipstick). Improving the "skip" or "swap" logic for out-of-stock items would make the 7-year experience even better! Regardless, the service is great and I’m happy to remain a loyal customer.
