BirchboxReviews of birchbox.com

I love receiving my birchbox every month. I think it's great that you get a sample choice as well. Birchbox shows love to its customers by allowing birchbox points ($) with a review of items recieved. Not only to I love receiving products but now I am a rave reviewer as well :)

My mother has been receiving a monthly Birchbox for over three years, and always shared her samples with me. The products are fantastic, so when I moved to another state, one of the first things I did was subscribe to Birchbox on my own. I have not been disappointed with my monthly samples, and I order full size products because the sample works so well! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who enjoys receiving a monthly surprise for very little money!

The service I received in ordering my recent purchase was all ok. The process was effective and transparent.

I was given Birchbox as a gift and continued the membership after. I love trying out new products each month. Also, their customer service is great! They respond right away and easily address all questions.

I'm glad I got this survey because I was planning on writing an email to Birchbox about their customer service anyway. I am very happy with Birchbox and would recommend them to anyone who loves to shop for makeup/hair/perfume/skin products online! I've been a subscriber for about 3 years now and recently ordered something off the Birchbox app. I made a mistake in ordering, truly my own fault by accidentally choosing the wrong product, and emailed to find out if I could edit my order before it shipped. It ended up that I couldn't edit my order after placing it, but what happened next was even better! Kenda from the customer service department simply said they would send me my intended product along with what I accidentally ordered. She helped me out immediately and I was so surprised and happy with the process. I truly did not expect that! Thank you for your great service! I will be a subscriber for many years to come.

I love Birchbox! My only complaint is that I've changed my profile, and haven't really noticed a difference in the products thst I receive in my Birchbox. Other than that, it's great!

I love birchbox obviously because I love the products they sell. What keeps me coming back is the tailored customization of my boxes and personalized feel. It's almost like they know me! They also have a great customer retention program where I can get money of products just through giving my opinion and purchasing them. I will buy 90% of my beauty products through them now just for that reason alone.

I absolutely love Birchbox! The only time I ever get my makeup anywhere else is when they don't carry the brand I want! Fast service.
