Overly great customer service! Anytime I have an issue its remedied promptly and I've been very impressed. When a product is wrong its immediately replaced. I've been a little disappointed with sample repeats- whenever I order a full size product I get the "mystery samples" when you spend $35... It's always just an extra of something I've already gotten. It isn't exciting & doesn't feel special. Also, I find that a lot of the sample sizes are extremely small. All in all, birchbox knows how to take care of their customers. Hopefully I'll see this reflective in samples too!

I live in s remote community in New Mexico. Birchbox is great for me to have the opportunity to experience a variety of products. I have ended up buying many products through Birchbox. Great company!!!

I love Birchbox! The monthly subscription box is such a great way to try new products, many of which I would never think to try on my own. I order all my beauty products from Birchbox. They have a great selection and I find the reviews very helpful when deciding on a product to buy. I also love earning points for every dollar spent and having those points translate into dollars to spend toward more products.

I am in love with Birchbox! I have found so many amazing products here. I have stopped purchasing a lot of products from drug stores because I love everything about Birchbox and they have SO many products to choose from! I always look forward to my box each month. Customer service that I have dealt with has also been awesome.

I have found a lot of new products by companies I would have never found by myself without Birchbox. I like how each box is curated with certain things in mind (e.g. the holidays). When I reached out to customer service to resolve an issue, the person was kind and courteous and more than generous in the resolution. The response to my issue was fast. I am extremely impressed with Birchbox (their points system is easy and great for earning dollars towards your next purchase which go straight to earning you more points). I have recommended and will continue to recommend Birchbox to people in the future.

So far my experience with Birchbox has been outstanding. The products that I've ordered have been of good quality and delivered in a timely manner. On the rare occasion that I've encountered a problem, it has been quickly rectified by their team of customer service specialist. You can't ask for more than that.
