Absolutely LOVE Birchbox. The products are fun, and the service is exceptional. They stand behind all their products. I recently recieved something I ordered and it wasn't up to standard so they sent me a new one, same experience with the new one. They refunded my money, no questions asked. Love being a customer!!

Getting my monthly birchbox is something I always look forward to. I had one issue with a product order a few months back but it was handled efficiently and effectively.

Love the items offered. They have a great selection. At first I assumed everyone got the same box. But my friend and I both subscribe and seldom have the same product. I love that when I order something it always arrives within a few days and never damaged. This is my #1 place to purchase my cosmetics, body wash, face products. The list goes on and on.

I enjoy receiving new product samples each month. I have changed a number of products I have to ones I have tried from birchbox. From mascara to hair products. My favorite find from birch box is Juliette has a gun not a perfume

I have really enjoyed the Birchbox subscription service. It is fun and affordable. You get to try all sorts of products and customize your box. I have found several new great products I never would have found without this. They offer free shipping on a lot of items and you get points on purchases to use towards more products.

Jen gave me the BEST customer service EVER! One of the items I bought arrived broken and she got a new one sent to me right away. Right before I got it, she emailed me saying there had been a typo and that she'd sent me a replacement for the wrong item but that I could keep that and the right one was on its way. Both got here really quickly and I couldn't be happier.
