I loved all of the options I got to choose from each month! The price change however for a yearly subscription is what made me cancel my membership. I was also frustrated with not getting any kind of notification when the company was being bought out and there was months without explanation of why I wasn’t getting a new box for like 6 months

I didn't have any recent experience. The only comment I have is the size of the products in the boxes are small, compared price-wise to another monthly box subscription

I love Birchbox but I think there are still way to improve the experience after the big “pause” they had : - the shipping. I never know when my box will be shipped. - the cost. I understand the rise of the cost but I feel like we didn’t get anything better in the same time. Same kind of products in the box for 5 dollars more. - I love opening my box every month. It brings me joy. - can we update the liste of product we want and don’t want ? ( I don’t use eyes make up products for example)

I would give 5 stars but Birchbox loses 1 star because the shipping takes forever and the tracking never updates right, so it's a guessing game on when I will see it in my mailbox. Also, this month, an expected item was replaced for something less appealing because of overselling. So I'm truly bummed about that. Otherwise, it's a great little box and fun to open every month and try new things.

While we’re thrilled to hear you enjoy receiving your Birchbox Beauty Box each month, we’re sorry for any shipping delay you’ve experienced, and for the disappointment in one of your chosen items being oversold. Since relaunching, we’ve been working hard to get everything back to normal, including renewing and shipping timelines. Although it took a bit longer than we hoped, we are happy to say we are now on a standard shipping cadence. Billing for renewing members will occur on the 1st of the month, customization will be open during the first week, and boxes will ship over 1-2 weeks after customization closes. You can now expect your box to ship by mid-month. We hope to continue delighting you with your Birchbox experience, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your kind and valuable feedback!
I really enjoy the types of products I have gotten.

I love Birchbox. I have been subscribing since approximately 2010 or so. I love access to high end products. My one complaint would be that often, BB doesn’t send samples based on “My Profile.” I have very short hair & BB sends products to untangle long hair. In addition, many makeup BB sends me are for young women (I’m a grandma). Otherwise, I love BB & Will continue to subscribe.
