I have gotten SO many good deals since I became a member. I enjoy getting my box each month, it's like a surprise every time. You'll love getting emails with specials, some of which have been AWESOME! In addition to that you earn points with each dollar spent, and points add up quickly and can be used for future puchases. I truly encourage anyone who hasn't tried Birchbox to do so.

I've been subscribed for over a year and in that time two problems have popped up, but the quickness in which you've taken care of them was amazing. products are always top notch and thoughtful. Continue what you're doing I've recommended Birchbox to everyone.

The only even slightly negative experience I've had with Birchbox was when my very first box did not ship by the projected date. Birchbox customer service fixed this issue quickly and without any hesitation. I'm constantly impressed by the quality of the products I receive, the speed of shipping, and the professionalism I experience through this company. I recommend Birchbox to everyone!

I love the products I receive in my monthly BirchBox and I have already ordered two full size based on the samples. I recently had issues with a gift subscription, the customer service team was superb. I recommend BirchBox to anyone looking for a monthly beauty box.

I have subscribed to 8 different beauty boxes. Birchbox is the absolute best when it comes to customer service. Every time I have had an issue (broken product, missing product) they have immediately sent out a replacement and made it right. Birchbox also has the BEST points system out there. I have discovered so many great brands and specific products through Birchbox over the last couple of years that I could not possibly name them all. I want to specifically name the Korean Beauty limited edition box as absolutely incredible. I would LOVE to see more limited edition boxes that focus on a specific country. That was so cool! I bought THREE of them! I wish I had some constructive criticism to share.....but in my eyes Birchbox can do no wrong.

I love Birchbox!!!!! Each month I can't wait to get my box and then some. I have discovered so many new awesome products that I otherwise would never have known about if it wasn't for you. I honestly love every product you send. All of your products are high end that you don't see in department stores. I think I'm hooked lol and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about signing up.
