I've had nothing but good experiences since becoming a member of birchbox over two years ago. I love the products they have, especially the curated special boxes, and the customer service has always been fabulous. I can't recommend birchbox enough for someone who loves beauty products.

I have been a customer for a few years now. Their exemplary customer service is the reason that I have made them my only retailer for all things beauty related. Any problem that I have had with products, delivery of my orders, damage of items in transit, etc. has been handled promptly (as if I were the only customer they have) & in an incredibly professional manner. I truly feel that they honestly care about making each & every customer a lifetime repeat customer. That philosophy tells me more about their company than prices or sales could ever lure me into buying from a competitor of theirs. I don't even subscribe to the comperators emails any more.

I recently ordered two items and needed them sent to our Alabama home. This order was placed around 8:30 one evening. The next morning, I noticed on my account in Yahoo that these items where being sent to our Kentucky home. After I called, the lady left me on the line for a short time and then came back and said the order would be sent to Alabama. I received it yesterday. I appreciate the quick and courteous service. I love BIRCHBOX!!

Through our search for the best products I've found at least 5 products that I love, and my family has seen the difference in my appearance! Also giving the 1 year gift to my loved ones, has made them happy and reminded them how much I love them on a continuous basis every month. In return it brings me so much joy! Thanks

I was always nervous about doing monthly subscription boxes but I am so glad birchbox was the one I choose to do! I have been able to try great products and find what I need before I order the regular size one.

I have been receiving my birch box for a little over a year now. I love my samples. I look forward to my box every month! I organize my samples into categories, hair, face, body etc. I now have been ordering the several things that I have trialed and enjoyed the most! To say the least, I am addicted! I love the Liz Earle completion kit, Sam Parlor product, Whisp, and a few others! Thank you Birth Box!
