Love. Love. Love Birchbox, and Birchbox customer service. Received a damaged product (the plastic had broken while shipping) and was immediately (no questions asked) sent a new product. Love the promptness. The way they handle business. And their products. Well done, Birchbox. Well done.

Birchbox is great if you love to try new products. I've found several new brands that I really love. I'm temporarily leaving due to lots of samples from for BB and Ipsy. When it's time, I'll definitely be back!
