I liked being able to customize the whole box now but two months in a row I did not get the full sized product I picked. while the June product was an appropriate replacement in July I did not get the Sunday Riley CEO moisturizer and its replacement and the e tra product were disappointing.

I love trying new products and I like getting to choose what's in the box. I wish there was more of a description under each choice, especially for the makeup choices. I miss the product description cards that used to come with the boxes.

With full customization available for every member, which allows for endless combinations each month, it’s been a bit trickier to include description cards. However, we absolutely hear you and are working on better ways to ensure customers can learn about all the products in their boxes and get the most out of them! The full size products I did receive were good products, but I mostly received samples instead if full size products. It just wasn't worth the money to me to get a bunch of sample size items to clutter things up.

I’ve received several items that are practically empty.

I have not received my box yet but by going off what I see it feel I am paying a lot for a little product. I was notified that it was shipped but have not seen it yet. I don’t feel the tracking is updated as often as it should and no eta given. I am seriously thinking of canceling my subscription.

We're sorry to hear your July Box hasn't arrived yet! We see it shipped out about a week ago, but seems to be taking a smidge longer than expected with the courier. The price is high for me. I would order more if it wasn't so expensive.

Loved Birchbox when I first subscribed~ samples are so much smaller & 'customization' is much more limited~ sticking with it in hopes of improvement
