I wish that I didn't get samples that were so similar all the time. I have so many that I don't get to use because I'm still trying to use some from a previous box. But I love getting it every month and think that the customer service can't be beat!

Birch box sends me a box every month that allows me to try products I might never have discovered. It is always fun to receive the monthly box and about 80% of the products are ones I can use. About 25% of the products are either as good or better than other similar products that I have tried for that purpose.

I really love Birchbox and I have alway enjoyed their excellent customer service. However, the website regularly gives me problems. Either I can't review an item, I can't search and find an item or it just freezes (sometimes when I am trying to order!).

Too many hair and skin items no matter how much I change my profile. Miss the nail polish and lipstick samples. Also MISS THE LIFESTYLE SAMPLES LIKE CHAPSTICK, VITAMINS, CHOCOLATE, etc. these were so cool. Why are they gone? When I purchase add ons, I don't always get an email confirmation, so it causes confusion on the backend. Overall, good value for sample sizes. Just need to up the variety and keep it interesting as more beauty boxes are popping up and stealing consumer attention.

I love getting things in the mail and that is why i have kept my subscription. I get doubles on samples every now and then...which I don't usually like. The price is okay, if it were to go up I would probably not renew. Any time I order full size products, they come right away and it's so easy to order. I haven't had any problems with that.

Hello, overall I 100% LOVE Birchbox, so I really shouldn't be complaining. It's just so hard to watch the "your box has been shipped" page move so slowly. I wish you would send out that email when the box leaves Fishers, IN...because it always seems to hang out there for 3-4 days.

The products are usually deluxe sized samples, with the occasional full size eyeliner or lip product. Personally I don't like receiving the eyeliner, cause it's something I use infrequently. I do like discovering new brands, and I think it's great that they have so much more than just makeup. I buy my teas almost exclusively from Birchbox now. My absolute favorite thing is that I can buy full sized versions of the products I've sampled, as well as some I may not have by the same brand. I get discounts with the points I earn shopping the site or reviewing my samples. Not to mention the gift with purchase promo codes they generally have, free mystery sample pack when you spend $35+, and very reasonable shipping. I do wish there were better perks to being an ACE. Also, the subscription boxes seem to take a long time arriving. So if I could change a few things I'd want faster shipping, more/better perks for ACES, no more than 2 eyeliner samples a year, and maybe no perfume samples in summer months. I like being outdoors and summer is the worst time for perfumes.

I have been a Birchbox subscriber for longer than I can remember, and really love this service! Sure I'm paying for brands to market to me, but, I've found some really amazing products through Birchbox that I never would have known about had I not been a subscriber. Probably the biggest plus to Birchbox is the point system, and the opportunity for discounts on products purchased through their store. I've saved a ton of money this way, and it's a really nice perk! I'm a Birchbox Ace, and Customer Service is always quick to respond! The only complaint I have is that items are not always in stock...and I've had problems being notified when they are back in stock. Sometimes I turn to another retailer for the purchase if it takes too long to on Birchbox.
