I love the service that I get from Birchbox whenever I run into trouble. However, the only trouble I ever run into is shipping. It takes me about 4 weeks to get my orders and when you're excited about what you've ordered on Birchbox, that's a long time to wait.

I love Birchbox! I've subscribed for a second year. I love earning points for shopping, and have loved being introduced to new products. Since I live on the west coast my only complaint is that shipping takes a long time and I'm not willing to pay for quicker shipping. Overall I'm happy with birchbox!

I purchased a product that I LOVED in sample form, but when I received it the color was totally different, and the texture was not the same at all -- three times! The customer service rep was fantastic, and very accommodating. but I'm very disappointed with the product and the fact the sample was so very different from the full size item. I'm hesitant to make a purchase again, but I do trust that Birchbox will do whatever possible to make it right.

It's great to get new products delivered to you every month. However, I received a gift subscription for the year 2015 and have received 4 dry shampoos already. I don't even use dry shampoo. The items get a bit duplicative. I would love more variety.

I like Birchbox due to the variety of products I have been exposed to. I also like their video tutorials and articles about how to wear certain beauty trends.

I've really enjoyed Birchbox and have found many samples that I end up purchasing. The only negative that I have found have been choice colors in lipstick. I'm not a fan of pink/purple and that seems to be all I recieve.

I love that I can sample makeup and products that I honestly otherwise would never try. At $10/month, it's an incredible value, especially when I find products that I use over and over again. The points/reviewing system keeps me coming back, since I can use the points on products that I use consistently. The online content is great too - I just learned tips for curling my hair and ways to apply eyeliner. I enjoy all aspects of the service! I wish there was more of a way to customize what I receive in my box. Certain products - like facial moisturizers - are things that I never really use. I find more value in my box when I get a bunch of things that I can use every day.
