Great experience but loosing interest fast

Birchbox is a wonderful company, and their best asset is their employees. I've had a few minor snafus, but customer service has always gone above and beyond to help me. I love ordering from Birchbox because I feel like I get a great deal, and the points system is wonderful. In fact, the only area where Birchbox is lacking is as a subscription box. The products aren't very exciting or new. And the sample sizes are so tiny. The only reason I keep the service is for the points from reviewing the product.

I was trying to use my coupon code. I know how to input a coupon code. It was not working on the perfume gift set. The person said they would take care of it. No issues overall I was satisfied.

Really like the idea of having samples of a variety of products. The only thing I would change is giving us the choice of samples to choose from or at least picking one of the five samples. If that was the case then I would have given it 5 stars.

I love some of my samples but others don't have any relevance to me. I would love to be able opt out of certain types of samples such as mascaras , eye brow gels, perfumes. Also a color palet choice would be nice. Eithe choice of cools or warms ore choice of pink, red or orange. I love pink but I always get red :(

Liking the products. Found a great new hair care line. Only complain bonus product with purchase was not what was stated but otherwise I'm liking birchbox.

Most of the time the site works just fine but when it comes time for sample choice the site doesn't work well at all. I tried this past month to make my choice but it wouldn't work. I ended up clicking on a few different choices but it wasn't my first choice. Otherwise everything else has been wonderful. Fast customer service and shipping too.
