I love most of the samples they send me and it has been really helpful in showing me new beauty brands to try. The samples are almost always a great value for the size and number of uses. I do wish they would stop sending me fragrance items though.

I have to say the customer service is great here. Once I notified them that a product had been sent me to open and leaked all over my purchase. Not only did they send me a whole new product for free, they also added points into my account. I wish that the samples matched my needs more. I don't use heat to style my hair nor do I straighten it. I tend to get a lot of samples that I never use. Maybe Birchbox should have a more thorough questionnaire. Besides that, I look forward to my box every month!

I have had a few issues with orders in the past but it has always been fixed pretty quickly. Good customer service. I love my boxes, they are always on point!

I really like birchbox and there Point System . I have been able to get full size product for the fraction of the price . The only downside to Birchbox is that I wish they would throw in a full-size product once in a while .

Overall it us a good and fun service. My only issue is that several times I have received the same sample more than once. I expect new samples and no duplications each month.

I am a Birchbox Ace and love getting my monthly box. I've also been an avid Birchboxer for years and don't see me stopping anytime soon! I really do enjoy trying new things and pushing my comfort zone. However, I have felt that some of my samples have just started to feel stale/or the same. How many full size black eye liners do I need? Or have been spoiled by some of the packaging & number of uses of some products, so when I receive a sample with not so great packaging, it really makes it seem like my box wasn't worth it. I do still get excited about my boxes... but not QUITE as excited as I use to. Sorry for the tough love, but I do still love Birchbox! It is my go to to buy full size products and it drives me nuts when I have to go someplace else to buy beauty products! :)

I love Birchbox. I think the customer service is outstanding. My only complaint is the samples. When I first joined, I felt the samples catered to my needs and reflected my profile. Now, not so much. For example, I always get volumizing products and I have thick, curly hair. I understand business has grown but a little more customization would be nice!

Birchbox has been an amazing subscription service with little qualms. I was never interested in beauty products, having only used makeup and hair products from drug stores. I never felt that the products were good quality and didn't want Sephora prices. On Birchbox, you get to sample all types of price points, qualities, and products with only spending $10 a month. After the first month, I was hooked and only buy my beauty items from Birchbox. I became an Ace member rather quickly and get free shipping. The reviewing of items also gives you an incredible deal every time you shop, which for me is almost monthly. My only issue with the website is that I often times get samples that are very similar or exactly the same. I received a lip stain that, although I love the color and brand of, twice in the exact color. Also, I wish there was an option to never receive fragrances. I cannot use perfume except for one type (which I found on Birchbox!) and end up just giving away the samples that aren't that scent. Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
