BirchboxReviews of birchbox.com

I absolutely adore Birchbox. It’s such good value for what you get. I love trying all the new things and save so much money as I try them all now before I buy. The minis last forever and the packaging is always beautiful. Never had a problem with customer service they’ve always gotten back to me straight away. 5* for everything!!

People reviewing Birchbox UK please review it on the right page this is birchbox.com reviews I had mistakenly reviewed Birchbox.co.uk on this page too. Birchbox.co.uk still has a glorious green rating and poor .com is going red.

This company has been a wonderful experience. If I have any problems they fix them immediately. I receive my box on time every month and receive things that I will actually use. The last box I received I was missing an sample. I went on the website and went onto the help center and informed them I was missing an item. I was just letting them know and wasn't expecting to actually receive that item. But they shipped it separately to my house. Thank you Birchbox for making my month.

Really happy with Birchbox (3 months in) Samples work out at £2 each (not including p&p) so to me it is always good value for money. Occasionally there will be a full size product. I fail to understand complaints re size of items - it is clear that Birchbox offers treat size goodies - to try and test before purchasing a full size item if you wish. I will use most of the items - and those that I don’t make ideal stocking fillers/hamper gifts. Box designs are always lovely. No problems so far with delivery or condition of the products.

Just started but love it so far. Gorgeous packaging, cute products and stuff I wouldn't normally try. Yeah ok you can probably get it £ for £ elsewhere if you really want to, but I love the surprise element and feel like I'm getting a gift for myself each month (plus if you've missed someone's birthday and need a quick present I'm told this works brilliantly. Apparently. Said a friend...). No problems with delivery or ordering and hope it continues that way!

Really happy with my monthly Birchbox. I was recommended this by a friend, and I’m more than pleased. Great samples, great price! Love the box designs too. Thank you Birchbox!

really happy with my subscription, i get the coolest products for only ten bucks a month.

I like Birchbox, different products to try but bear in mind they are all sample size, the box is really small. But it's still nice to receive a surprise gift for yourself every month :)
