$10 a month isn't much and to try new stuff is nice. I don't have time to go to a store and browse A lot of emails though. Not terrible just like all the other retailers

Good service. Was disappointed one time when I didn't have my issue resolved. Other than that it's a good service with kind employees.

I love birch box and being able to try new products! The only issue I have is the online tracking order for the boxes, the user interface isn't very mobile friendly (i.e. Loads partial pages or fails to load at all). In addition to the emails vs the app. The emails I receive seem pretty interactive and require going to your website. I've tried to find the info or the email info in my app, but something isn't corresponding with the other regardless of being logged into my account. Also, waiting 10 days or longer for a new box on the West coast can be a bit frustrating but not so enough to stop my shipments. I've found ordering specific items, and having them shipped on the same date I get a confirmation that my box has shipped as well, come much faster (3 days vs 10 or more) than the box itself. Otherwise, I love the boxes and gift sets that are put together! I can't complain about the product I've received yet!

I think the samples need to be more customized to the customer. I have gotten so many things that I never wanted and I had to complain for them to give me a beta version to customize even more my box. I still love Birchbox and am very happy with the service since I received the beta version.

I really have enjoyed being with birchbox. I gave a 4 because I've had issues with most of my boxes, but customer service has been great at fixing any issues. I've also been disappointed getting perfume in most of my boxes. I don't wear or like perfume, so it seems such a waste.

Having only one missing box over the dozen or so since I signed up. Not too bad at all. Not having a phone number to call when you have an issue is a bummer though.

I really enjoy my subscription service to Birchbox. I always get a variety of samples and a lot that ive never herd of. Which is go because I like to try to new things. The only ine little thing is I dont lime to get perfume samples since I hate perfume. But other then that I recommend BirchBox
