Some of the boxes are great and then you get a box and you are looking for more. Me, my daughter and son get birch box and we all feel the same way. Some months its like Wow, and others (like Decembers) we are like really? If they could be consistent, I would feel as if it is worth my money.

This subscription service is good to okay, you definitely get samples of a pretty large size, but the products I recieve are never ones that I've heard it before or am all that excited about. A lot of the times it will be perfume or hair are related, and I initially signed up for birch box to get makeup and skincare products. Wish there was more higher quality makeup and skincare given out. Other than that it's a great service, but not all months are equal.

I look forward to getting my box each month. Its like a little surprise. Its not very costly and I do like some of the products. I'd like to see more make-up, nail polish. I'll continue subscribing.

I like Birchbox, but sometimes their prices are over the top. If they would be more reasonable I would give them 5 stars.

I'm about to cancel my subscription, and the only reason I kept it is so I could get enough points to get something in the shop to make it worth it. The boxes were the best part of the subscription.

I've enjoyed most of my products and have shared some with others. Some of the samples sizes are not really worth the try and the instructions for use need to be a little better.

Fun program - a little surprise in the mail each month - but wish they geared the products more to my profile. On top of that, there really isn't much incentive to order products from them when you have to pay shipping because I can go to Ulta or Sephora and buy it without paying shipping. They do occasionally offer discounts or have free shipping and then it makes sense - but not on a regular basis. Also, if you want to customize your box it costs extra - kind of a turn off when you're nickel and dimed.

I have only been receiving Borchbox for a few months but so far I really enjoy it. I especially love the titles they our in the mailing label "The Sunny" or "The Brillant". Puts more of a smile on your face on top of knowing you have a box of goodies.
