I had a minor alignment issue with a couple of my binders. Bindertek quickly remedied the situation. I am quite satisfied with my binders and with the customer service I received.

Our Binder Ring Mechanisms are the best we are able to find in the world. Most styles should always be opened by the lever or one-touch mechanism. If you ever received any that are immediately misaligned they may have been crushed in shipping. We would of course replace anything damaged! If you have used our Binders for a period of time and they become broken or misaligned you are always welcome to return them to us under our Lifetime Ring warranty for free replacement. Very quick shipping and great communication. The ring mechanism seems to have changed since the last batch I ordered and the rings don't always close all the way now. They're often crooked and I have to manually pop the rings back together.

The latest version of our Binder Rings are the best ever and have a very tight snap when opened with the one-touch mechanism. If the rings are ever pried apart or maybe were crush in shipping then that may cause miss-alignment. I will reach out to you to see if I can further assist you.
