Hello Abbey, Thank you very much for taking a moment to leave your feedback for us. I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding your international order. We try to be as transparent as possible when shipping to our neighbors to the North. We post it clearly on our web site and then a Customer Service representative personally contacts all of our first time Canadian customers to make sure that you are aware that there will be additional duties and fees that you will be responsible for. If you did not receive the extra communication I apologize. We ship all orders in good faith. The fees are not ours and we cannot waive them. To receive back your merchandise into The United States would require us to pay more fee’s therefore we are unable to pay for your return. A discount was applied retroactively to this order as a courtesy. It was not made because of any misunderstanding, but completely in the spirit of trying to help you in your predicament. We did not think you would want to place another International order in the future. I spoke with Rebecca when this was offered. I will contact you today to make sure you get a copy of this. There was a lot of extra time and attention given to your order. If anyone or anything communicated was seemingly rude I once again am sorry for that. I understand the barrier of extra fee’s involved when making the decision to make a purchase in The United States. I feel like we truly went above and beyond to try and inform you and then to help you afterward. It's disappointing that you feel differently. Thank you again – we truly do appreciate the feedback. Kind Regards, Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service

Hello Moura, Thank you very much for your purchase with Bindertek and for taking the time to share your feedback with us on Trust Pilot. I am very sorry to hear that you are so unhappy with your 6 Tier Carousel purchase. We have directly imported these Binder Carousels from the manufacturer MOLL in Germany for decades. The Carousels are our most popular shelving option because of their ability to hold more Binders than standard shelving which equates in to a great economical choice. I apologize if you misunderstood the material they are made from. Their representation on our web site as well as our Catalog do clearly state that they are made from wood construction and an attractive gray laminate finish. As far as caring more about our profit margin, nothing could be further from the truth. We’re a small business and of course we do need to make a profit of some kind in order to stay in business but we try very hard to offer our unique items that we bring in from around the world at the lowest prices we are able to. I completely understand your frustration that some of the packages were damaged by UPS in transit. I am glad to hear that we were able to replace any damaged or missing parts. I see in the notes that we were even able to replace items from boxes you had discarded packaging from as a courtesy. I will be reaching out to you personally to see if there is anything else we may be able to do for you. Thank you again, Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service

Hello Sarah, Thank you very much for your purchase with Bindertek and for taking a moment to share your experience with us. I apologize that you received anything from us that was damaged in transit. We work very hard with our shipping carrier to ensure that everything arrives to our customers in the good condition it leaves us. I am extremely surprised to hear that you had to send anything damaged back to us. If anyone receives something damaged it is our policy once notified to proceed with a reshipment of new merchandise and to handle the damage claim for you. I am very sorry if you did not contact us or if you did if there was any miscommunication at all. As far as the quality of the Mini Binders you purchased you will be happy to know that we have launched a completely new line of Binders that are now made with a new manufacturing partner in Germany and they are improved in every way. I will be contacting you today to see if there is anything I might be able to do to help you. Kind Regards, Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service

Hello Marlene, Thank you very much for your order with Bindertek and for taking the time to share your thoughts on your experience. First of all I want to let you know that nothing has been charged to your card at all. Your order will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped to you. I apologize for this extremely unusually long delay. We have spent the last year working toward improving the quality of our products. We have now partnered with a new manufacturer in Germany and are excited to receive our Binders which will be improved in every detail. We are also disappointed that the arrival of the new Binders took a little longer than expected. It is no excuse but when creating new items and having them sent to us from half a world away it takes a lot of time. I will be contacting you soon to see if there is anything I might be able to do to offset some of your disappointment. Thank you again, Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service

Hi Donnie, Thank you very much for your order with Bindertek and for taking a moment to share your thoughts with us. All online orders have an automatic Email confirmation displaying in detail what the order was including ring style, color and size of Binders. I apologize for any confusion you may have had when placing your order. We take feedback like this seriously and work very hard to always portray things correctly. I will contact you soon to discuss the details of your order and any potential error you have found on our web site. Kind Regards, Sandra Stevens Bindertek Customer Service
