Thanks so much! We're glad you're finding top-notch UGC creators on Billo—connecting brands with great talent is what we're all about!
Billo makes it so easy to get answers to your questions and to be able to talk directly to the brands right on the app. Also, their customer service help is incredible. Whenever I have a problem I reach out and someone always gets back to me right away.

They are a scam. They do not help you get the creatives as you want. If you want the flexibility to edit and have your creative edited, then BILLO is not the place. Stay away - terrible customer service

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your first job and are finding value in Billo’s guidance and opportunities. We look forward to seeing all the amazing work you'll create!
I have been a Premium Creator with Billo for over 2 years and absolutely love working with them. The platform is easy to use and just keeps getting better! Whenever I’ve had an issue they’ve always taken great care of me and everyone I’ve dealt with has been amazing! They also have a lot of jobs to apply to, so it is very possible to be a Creator full time. My only request is to increase the pay per video. Inflation has had a sharp rise over the last two years, so an increase could help retain the great Creators. Thank you Billo! 🙏
