We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve and ensure a better customer experience moving forward. Upon investigation, we want to address your concerns: We understand that timely delivery is crucial for your campaigns. We apologize for the delay caused due to the creator getting sick which he communicated to you via direct chat. We do acknowledge that there were delays in the delivery and approval process. The inclusion of add-ons did extend the approval timeline slightly. The video was delivered within 15 days from the time you shipped your product. You were given the option to place up-to 2 edit requests but since no further action was taken, the video was auto-approved by the system. While we understand your perspective, we also value the creator's efforts as he followed what was listed in the task parameters that's why your refund request was denied. We're truly sorry for any trouble you've faced. We're committed to improving based on your feedback. If you need more assistance, please reach out anytime.

We understand how crucial timely delivery is, and we're actively investigating the cause of these delays to prevent such occurrences in the future. Regarding your concern about aspect ratio changes, we would like to clarify that each task can only accommodate one product and one aspect ratio. We understand that this limitation might not align with all user preferences, and we're evaluating options to enhance this aspect of our service. We understand the frustration caused by the inability to change aspect ratios after creators have begun working on a task. However, we made an exception in your case. We issued you a credit code to allow you to create a new task with your preferred aspect ratio. In regards to the refund request, we apologize for any misunderstanding. As per our refund policy, cancelation requests need to be made within a specific timeline, and unfortunately, we couldn't process the refund in this case. Once again, we deeply regret the challenges you've faced, and we're committed to making things right. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
