The company i purchased 2 seats from Ascent and they have gone incomunicado with me on exploring their very clear return/refund policy. Ive reached out immediately and multiple times and ways with not one single response. It very much looks like to me that they are ignoring communications in order to satisfy time limits built into their policy. This i believe to be illegal

No phone working to call customer service. Hasn't answered 4 email inquiries on the order. Has not shipped or provided an update since order placed on 21 July. They get your money right away and then nothing happens.

You did not ship my order until I contacted Paypal to get a contact number and ask for a tracking number

I did receive my bike seat in about two weeks. It was in perfect condition. sometimes an item you order will be damaged due to poor packing. Not this order. I would have given them a 5 star rating but they gave me no email letting me know my seat had been shipped and when. They are a small company so I guess it is difficult for them to give big company service..
