I ordered online using this app, for pick up. It asked for my phone number to order, so I put it in. The next day, I started receiving non-stop back-to-back spam calls, recruiter calls, etc. They haven't stopped for days now. This company will sell your phone number to spam, scam, marketing, and recruiting callers. If you put your real number in, you will start getting non-stop spam calls.

One star, and that's generous. Wing Master's own website offers delivery, so I ordered delivery and paid for it, delivery fee included. I even got an email saying my food was "on the way" and out for delivery. It wasn't. The app then claimed I was outside their delivery area, and when I called, the guy on the phone was flat-out rude. He told me they don't deliver at all, blamed the ordering platform instead of taking any responsibility, said my only option was pickup, and then hung up on me while we were still talking. I was stuck working an overnight shift, which is the entire reason I ordered delivery. Instead I got charged for a service they don't even provide, fed fake status updates, and treated like a nuisance for asking where my food was. No apology, no fix, no basic customer service. If a business is going to take your money for delivery, it should at least deliver, or have the decency not to hang up on you when you call about it. Avoid this place. Your money and your time are worth more than this.

Their delivery drivers are consistently worse than any other service. They're always at least 30 minutes late, usually longer. And basically every other order they bungle. Four orders ago, they left it at someone else's house during pouring rain (no clue whose, even though I went out in the downpour to check my closest neighbors porches). Two orders ago they had picked up the wrong order from the restaurant. And this time they gave me someone else's order from a totally different restaurant. Their customer service department sucks, their only recourse is to reorder the food that was already late. Tl;dr: Don't use BeyondMenu unless you LIKE having to call support to complain so that you can get your food at least 2 & 1/2 hours late. Any time I order, I'm rolling the dice that I won't eat until 11. At least this time the restaurant didn't close before the support worker decided to call them to reorder my food.

This was my first time ordering online from this restaurant website. I did not order from BeyondMenu.com website but somehow, it went to them for the delivery. For the delivery I gave a very good specific delivery instructions since I am in a clinic that has 3 different entrances. My food was expected for delivery by 12:06 pm for lunch but my delivery didn't make it here til 12:55. Delivery driver told me my address took him/her to the parking lot which was right as it was parking lot of my job that the food is to be delivered to. He/she kept texting and complaining my address was not right. After so many attempts of going outside to find the driver to get my food I ask the driver why isn't he/she coming out of his/her to bring my food in and I have to keep running out there looking for him/her when I didn't even know what car he/she was driving. This was a waste of my time for my lunch and after couple attempts my coworker ran outside through a different entrance door and found the person in his/her car and also the person didn't speak english or understand so that explains that even though I gave specific easy instructions to find my suite that driver did not know how to read or understand so that's why it went like this. Obvisiously if they can't read or understand english how are they supposed to find the person and aren't they supposed to come out of their car to come deliver the food to the ordering person. Do they not know they are supposed to come out and deliver it and not sit in their car and text the person to come out to parking lot to get their food. Why would I tip a delivery person if I have to go out there to grab my food. Worst delivery driver, couldn't communicate with me and worst customer service.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. after an hour of trying by phone to track it which was very difficult, they sent us a picture of a black door with no address to where it was delivered. It looked like a familiar door so my husband went up and down the blocks but saw nothing. We sent them a picture of our red door with correct address and eventually were able to cancel the order. We're looking at our CC bill to see if it was done. But what a ...up. We had no idea we were using this as it doesn't ID itself. We thought we were ordering direct from the restaurant Bae Wei which is a pretty good place. But I went bananas on them for not being to fix the situation and am slamming them on social media.

Never give me my money back Canceled my order with out telling me

i would give it zero stars if I could. we ordered our food at 7:20 with a quoted delivery time of 45 minutes. I got a text at 8:09 saying the food was on the way (we live 6 miles from the restaurant). at 8:40 the food still had not arrived. When I called to complain, customer service said "sorry" but offered no compensation. After a long negotiation on the phone, they offered to reimburse me for the $10 tip I gave to the driver. Will avoid this service whenever possible.

The Delivery service sucks. It sucks the craving for the food out of you. I have been waiting for 3 hours to get the food I ordered three hours ago. The delivery driver cant tell Street from Place. They took the food to the wrong address twice, and now I have to pick the food up. The representative that answered the phone was polite and patient, but they need better drivers..
