Fast and professional!

Bad administrative service, lack of communication, and overall rude employees.

My back had gone out and I was in severe pain. I could not stand upright. The staff is always polite and very efficient at taking care of my needs. I just moved to Virginia a little over a year ago. After becoming sick I needed to find a urgent care facility. I did not know anything about BetterMed Urgent Care. However I had seen their building while driving previously. So I put their name in Waze and walked in to be seen. I have been using them ever since.

I was in and out in no time with an accurate diagnosis of my condition and a treatment plan that actually worked. Thank you for everything.

While customer service was very good (registration and nurse) the PA was not willing to treat as my physician instructed since it was a Sunday. He wanted more tests to confirm and recommended ER and CT scan. The reason I went here was to avoid ER and the cost. $50 copay wasted. I made it through another night of discomfort and into my doctor Monday morning for the prescription I desperately needed.
