Jessica was great!

They over charge your insurance. They billed a 15 minute visit as 45 minutes. I was in the office less than 30 minutes start to finish. I left many messages for the billing manager she never returned my calls.

I had stitches one time and that was fine. The last two times I went were not good. One, there are no docs there so why do you charge $40 for a copay? You only have nurses and physician assistants. Not right I went there the last time, and I didn’t have the time to wait an hour plus. So I left and never was reimbursed for my 40 dollars. You are a rip-off. You can go to CVS and get the same service.

I came in late Sunday evening, extremely sick and the staff got me back right away. Considering how sick I was, I appreciated their promptness in getting me back, comfortable, and taken care of as fast as they did.

Rude people at check-in and a horrendous misdiagnosis. Which cost me hundreds of dollars in wrong prescriptions that could have been life threatening because my son did not have the medical problem the PA diagnosed him with and a bill for the visit. Bad, bad, bad. Will never be back.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. I loved that they made me feel right at home, which made it easy for me to speak openly with them about my problems. The process was quite easy and quick, will recommend going to BetterMed to any one.
